Lately, journaling has been an increasing trend, since there is much research showing the benefits of journaling. This is true because by journaling, we can boost our memory while improving our writing skill at the same time. There are two medias that we can use for journaling: a book, or a digital media (like apps or websites).
Many people say that journaling on paper is better because we really write with our hands instead of typing, which could possibly improve memory better. Others argue that digital journaling is much better because we don’t need to buy notebooks (supporting the go-green initiative by reducing paper use) and the data can be saved online and be accessed anywhere. Well, there is no clear winner here, so choose whatever you want.
In this article, I am writing about the digital way. I am team #DigitalJournaling after all.
